Contribute
As a nonprofit organization, New Home Development Company's work is funded by a variety of local, state, and federal grants, income generated by rental properties, and private contributions.
NHDC contracts on a yearly basis with the Four county ADAMhs Board. New Home Development depends on the ADAMhs Board for half of its operating budget. NHDC
has been awarded grants from the following agencies/departments: The Ohio
Department of Development, The Ohio Department of Mental Health, HUD, Ohio
Housing Finance Agency and Community Development Finance Fund. Since 1991 NHDC has received over 3 million dollars from state and federal sources, bringing tax dollars back to be invested in the four county area.
