renovation, and
management of
housing units.

Programs
New Home Development administers numerous
programs providing housing assistance to adults recovering from mental illness in the
Ohio counties of Defiance, Henry, Fulton, and Williams.
Services include property management, rental subsidy, housing
development, and housing counseling. The following is a brief
