Home Development
Company, Inc. is to
increase access to
safe, decent, and
affordable housing
for adults with
special mental
health needs and/or
limited incomes
through the
development,
construction,
renovation, and
management of
housing units.

HAP Emergency
The HAP Emergency program provides
no-interest loans to
low and moderate income households for items such as emergency shelter,
rent, utility deposits, etc. An affordable payment plan is
established and the returned dollars are placed in a revolving account
to help others in need. Loans based on funding availability.
